Welcome to Luna’s Landscape and Construction's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All service requests must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm the date and time with you.

2. Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Clients must ensure all necessary permits are obtained before the start of the project.

6. We will remove all debris and clean the area upon completion of our work.

7. Clients must inform us of any underground utilities before we begin excavation or other ground work.

8. We offer a one-year warranty on all our workmanship. This does not cover damage due to negligence or improper maintenance by the client.
